We know you have a lot on your plate, and it can be difficult to find time to take care of yourself. We are here to help!

We care about you and your health journey. It’s not a competition at Just26, it’s a community built on helping you feel your best. We support and motivate each other to reach our goals. You just have to show up, we’ll do the rest!

We offer a variety of class times starting at 6am to 7pm and we often host outdoor classes & events at local venues. We love supporting local businesses through collaborations - especially female owned businesses.

Beginners and new students are always welcome. We take a compassionate approach to our teaching while still giving you a physical challenge.

We are an established hot yoga studio with two location options: Largo & Pinellas Park. We are passionate about the health benefits of yoga and meditation. Our amenities include men and women’s changing rooms, a workstation with free WiFi and a spacious studio with infrared radiant heat. We are an authorized retailer for lululemon - come shop our yoga boutique! Our class options include Just26 Hot (Bikram), Hot Flow, Vinyasa & Power Flow, Yoga Sculpt, Meditation and deep yin style stretching at the end of our classes. We are on a mission to help people feel better, think better and be better.

Our Classes

  • Just Flow

    Our Just Flow classes are a blend of vinyasa, hot and power style flows, practiced in a heated room. Each instructor creates their own unique sequences set to music. Typically moving breath to movement and occasionally practicing different arm balances or inversions.

    Beginners are welcome, we always offer modifications. This is a great class for anyone looking to build strength, stamina, and have some play time in their practice!

  • Yoga Sculpt

    Your favorite HIIT class meets a Yoga flow! We use light weights and high intensity cardio bursts so you can build lean muscle and burn maximum calories. We incorporate strength training and stretching to give you a full body work out. Weights are provided and optional. modifications are always given. We also offer this class in a shorter, express version.

  • Just26 Hot

    The classic 26 + 2 Hot Yoga series, heated to 105 degrees. This is a beginner friendly sequence and challenging to the avid practitioner. We guide you through 26 postures and end with deep hip opening stretches. We focus on your breath and approach it as a moving meditation. A true detox for your mind and body; you will leave drenched in sweat, physically challenged and mentally prepared to take on your day. 

    We end each just26 hot class with slow stretching and a cold face towel.  

  • Hot Flow Fusion

    A class combining the deeper holds and slower pace from the Just26 Hot series with different postures to help improve mobility and flexibility. The class will be heated to about 95-100. 

    If you love the Just26 Hot class but don't love all the impact on your shoulders from a flow, this class is for you! 

  • Inferno Hot Pilates

    Inferno Hot Pilates is high-intensity interval training using Pilates' principles for the whole body. The exercises are high intensity to strengthen lean muscles, yet low-impact to keep joints healthy.
